Michaela Byrne facilitates and organizes event activities at the Center. She comes to UC Berkeley with extensive experience in theatrical stage management. She has managed events in a range of scale and media: conferences, Shakespeare, grand opera, and regional theatre. She has managed award-winning performances, and collaborated with playwrights Gary Soto, Jessica Hagerdorn, and Megan Cohen. She has a BFA in Performance from the University of Michigan.
