The Contemporary Cuban Studies working group seeks to promote interdisciplinary intellectual inquiry into Cuban art, literature, and culture in the post-1959 era. We provide a space for scholarly exchange between US and Cuban intellectual circles, thinking about how academics, artists, and writers in Cuba understand and engage with their own literary and cultural history.
