The Global Queer Studies working group discusses recent literature, film, visual media, and theory to explore the aesthetic and political strategies at play in articulating queerness from a global perspective. We offer faculty lunch talks, film outings, and peer workshops, with speakers agreed upon during the group’s initial meetings. Students present their research within the field of Queer Studies and/or lead sessions of their choice.
