Video Advocacy & Human Rights
Sam Gregory
Berkeley Human Rights Seminar
Geballe Room, 220 Stephens Hall
The Human Rights Seminar invites distinguished scholars across disciplines to present their recent research. Hosting several lectures and a book roundtable each semester, the seminar brings these scholars into conversation with the Berkeley community. The theme for the 2013-14 seminar lectures is “Visual Culture and Human Rights.”
This seminar features Sam Gregory (WITNESS) discussing the role of video advocacy in advancing human rights.
Presented by the Human Rights Program and The Townsend Center for the Humanities.
